some new toys
Last weekend’s trip to the surplus store netted some good finds.
The big win was these solar fencepost lights. I bought six of them. They sit on top of my vinyl fence, and a solar cell charges up a battery that lights up a white LED. Very simple, easy to install, and very low-key accent lights.
I’m pleased, these set me back less than half of retail. We also picked up several sisal doormats for cheap (no pics, you’ll just have to use your imagination) and a nice Stetson hat for twenty bucks, plus the usual junk we don’t need. A pretty good run.
