double rainbow
I pulled a real bonehead move going to the site Thursday night, and left my memory card out of my camera, missing lots of great clear weather to show off the progress that had been made. Almost all the roof rafters were in place, and the second floor really began to take shape, you got a sense of the volumes for the first time.
But then Friday night we had a bit of bizarre weather, a storm sort of skirted the area, and there was a strongly visible rainbow, and a dimly visible secondary rainbow as well. Luckily, I had my act together camera-wise.

My first rule of Digital Cameras…. Keep some memory and (if applicable) a spare battery in the Glove Box, I also happen to have a tripod in the boot.. perhaps a bit extreme…
Now go digging and give me one of the pots of gold!!

Your last name fascinates me. My grandmother was Barbara Stuhlfelder Klingelsmith. Please email me.

Typical of my baby brother to post smartarsed comments on other people’s pages.
Apologies Alice. We’re a family of 14 Stuhlfelders, all the result of the capture of my grandfather by the Americans in the Channel Islands at the end of WWII. He was a prisoner of war in Llandudno, North Wales. He met my grandmother and stayed here.
His name was Richard.
