With the forms off, you can see the basement walls much better. It's starting to look like a construction project.

I'll go on record and document it here forever for posterity, the window "culverts" look like gopher balconies. :D
things are progressing nicely woot woot woot... of course it helps to be able to say to your contractor should he start dragging his feet "my online community won't be happy with this.." lol

Hey, Sid from the Bit-tech forums here. I've been reading this for about a month and it certainly is looking very good indeed now. Having a house customised exactly the way you want it is something that appeals to me; something I would like do once I'm past the 'student living in a flat' type days. Can I ask, are you planning to include any fancy technology in the house. I read about the windows, just wondering if you have any other interesting plans.
